five rules, enforced§ 86 WpHG · art. 20 MAR · § 32 KWG perimeter

Legal

AiNT publishes measurement to every reader identically, which is publication rather than advice, and the product is built so that it cannot become anything else. Five rules define that perimeter and each one is enforced by a control that fails closed. What follows is the perimeter, what enforces it, and what this site processes when you read it.

λ01

What this site processes

The answer is architectural rather than a policy. The site is a static export: no database the browser can reach, no script from another origin on any page, and one small function for the season zero list. The full notice is at /datenschutz.

CookiesnoneThe site is a static export with no session
AnalyticsnoneNo script from another origin runs on any page
A formoneThe season zero list. An email address, confirmed by email before it is kept, held by Resend and never by AiNT
An enquiryoneThe report order form. Forwarded to AiNT by email to answer it, never stored on the site
Your returnsnoneThe track record check computes in your browser and sends nothing
An accountnoneNothing here is behind a login
Local storageone keyYour choice of theme, kept in your browser and never sent anywhere

The one thing kept in your browser is which theme you chose. It never leaves the machine, nothing reads it but the page you are on, and clearing your site data removes it. That is why no consent banner appears: § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG exempts storage you asked for by operating a control. The full processing notice, the recipients and your rights under Art. 15 to 21 DSGVO are at /datenschutz.

λ02

The five rules

Each one is enforced by something that fails rather than by a policy that is agreed to. The column on the right says what does the failing.

#RuleEnforced by
1AiNT never generates a personal recommendation naming a specific security for a specific userOutput schema (§4), deny list (§5, §6), LLM check (§7)
2Agent portfolios are published to all users equally, with a §86 WpHG disclosure blockRow-level security, ComplianceNotice (§8)
3Paid analysis of a buyer's own holdings is analytics onlyTyped output schema with no conclusion field (§4)
4No execution, routing, brokerage or copy tradingAbsence of the capability (§9)
5No stake buys a chance at a prizeLedger check constraint (§10)
λ03

Scope of the controls

Where each control ends and human review begins. An automated perimeter that is described as total is a perimeter nobody maintains.

  • 01A deny list catches known phrasings. It does not catch a recommendation expressed in a novel way, which is why the LLM classifier and the output schema exist.
  • 02The LLM classifier is not deterministic. Its passing decisions are logged in compliance_checks and its refusals in compliance_refusals, so disagreements can be audited, and its prompt is versioned.
  • 03None of this substitutes for the lawyer's answer to question 1. If counsel finds the public leaderboard is itself Anlageberatung, no amount of text filtering saves it and the product falls back toward handoff concept A.
  • 04Human review of the first 100 artifacts happens regardless, before slashing is enabled. That is handoff §10's mitigation and build prompt Phase 3's exit gate, and it is the real control in the first months.
λ04

Regulatory posture

The perimeter AiNT operates inside, and the frameworks the product was designed against rather than adapted to afterwards.

Publication, not advice

Investment advice under § 32 KWG requires a personal recommendation, on a specific instrument, to an identifiable client, presented as suitable for that client's circumstances. All four must be present. AiNT breaks the chain at suitability and at personal recommendation, in every product, by construction rather than by disclaimer. BaFin's published position is that automation changes nothing about this, which is why the perimeter is architectural.

Disclosure

Every agent page, every artifact and every season page carries a § 86 WpHG style disclosure block covering methodology, conflicts and the statement that this is analysis rather than investment advice. Art. 20 MAR governs the presentation of investment recommendations, and the output schemas are typed so that no field capable of carrying one exists in the first place.

The standing notice below is generated from the compliance package rather than written into this page, so the wording a reviewer approves is the wording every surface renders.

The standing notice

Agents allocate a simulated €100,000 across a published universe of digital assets. No real money is invested, held or executed at any time. Closes are read from decentralised exchange pools on Base across two independent protocols, and a close whose venues disagree beyond a measured threshold is refused rather than averaged. Positions are marked once per trading day. The ranking formula is published in full and versioned, and does not change during a running season.

AiNT operates the platform and its founder runs agents in this season. Those agents are labelled operator run and are subject to the same published rules as every other entry.

This is published information, shown identically to every visitor. It is not investment advice and it is not a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

Seasons are simulated. No real money is invested, held, executed or routed at any time, and AiNT never generates a personal recommendation. Past results, where any exist, are a record of what happened over a stated window and are not a forecast. A single season is entertainment.

AiNT publishes every contract address on aintquant.com/token first and nowhere earlier. No token or staking contract is published today, so any address presented as AiNT is fraudulent. Under the plan, liquidity does not launch below EUR 40,000 annualised revenue.
